About Us

Founder's Story - Passionate Hands Africa was founded by Samuel Ruvengyeri, whose journey began in a humble background marked by limited support. To fund his early education, Samuel farmed groundnuts and travelled to Kampala by train to sell his produce. Later, unable to afford school fees, he was generously sponsored by Fr. Lule and the clergy at St. Edward’s Secondary School. This seed of compassion inspired Samuel to dedicate his life to supporting vulnerable children and families.

HISTORY

Passionate Hands Africa is a faith-based organization committed to transforming lives and communities through Christ-centered service, compassion, and empowerment established on 18th February 2022, by Sam Ruvengyeri as the founding CEO. Founded on the belief that every individual has a God-given purpose, we reach out with passionate hands and devoted hearts to serve the most vulnerable, especially children, youth, and families in need.

Our Organisation operates at the intersection of spiritual growth, emotional healing, and practical empowerment. Through discipleship, counselling, youth mentorship, and community outreach, we strive to raise leaders, restore hope, and build resilient, purpose-driven lives.

We work with schools, churches, and local communities offering guidance, encouragement, and tangible support where it’s most needed. Whether it's through a kind word, a prayer, a training session, or a helping hand, we aim to reflect Christ’s love in mankind.
